Terms of Use

1. About the site

HaircutsOff is an independent website run by Serhii Korol, Ukraine. It lists haircut coupons published by Great Clips for salons in the United States and Canada, keeps an archive of coupon prices, and publishes text prompts for trying hairstyles on a photo with AI image tools. HaircutsOff is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Great Clips, Inc., OpenAI, Google or Patreon. See the Disclaimer.

2. Coupons are third-party offers

• Every coupon belongs to Great Clips or to the salon that issued it. We do not issue coupons, set their terms or sell haircuts.
• Our list is checked automatically several times a day, but offers can change, run out or be withdrawn between checks. Expiry dates, prices and participating locations shown here may be out of date.
• We do not guarantee that a salon will accept a coupon. Acceptance, combinability with other offers, limits per customer and all other conditions are decided by the salon and the coupon issuer. Always read the terms on the coupon itself.
• Prices in our archive are coupon prices we have observed, not regular salon prices.

3. Accounts

You can browse without an account. Reading prompts and saving hairstyles require signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age where you live). You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.

4. Hairstyle prompts: licence

The prompt texts, descriptions and example images on HaircutsOff are protected by copyright. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:

• read and copy prompts into an AI tool for your own personal use;
• edit them for your own use;
• print a hairstyle card to show your stylist.

You may not:

• resell, sublicense or redistribute prompts, alone or in packs, paid or free;
• publish premium prompts or share your access so others can read them without a membership;
• scrape or bulk-download the site, its prompts or its coupon data, or copy the site's content into another website or app;
• use prompts to create images of people without their consent, sexual content involving anyone who looks underage, or content that is unlawful, deceptive or harassing.

Images you create with an AI tool are governed by that tool's terms. We claim no rights in them.

5. AI results come with no guarantee

AI image tools are run by third parties and change often. The same prompt can give different results in different tools, on different days or with different photos. A generated picture is only an approximation of how a haircut might look; your real result depends on your hair, your stylist and many other factors. We make no promise about any output.

6. Premium membership through Patreon

Premium prompts are unlocked by a paid Patreon membership. Patreon sells and bills the membership under its own terms; we are not a party to that payment. Access lasts while Patreon reports your membership as active and your accounts are connected. Cancellation and refunds are covered in the Refund Policy. We may add, change or retire prompts and membership benefits; if a change reduces what a paid tier includes, we will announce it on the site or on Patreon before your next billing period.

7. Links to other websites

The site links to third-party websites, including coupon pages, ChatGPT, Gemini and Patreon. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or terms.

8. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, try to bypass access controls or rate limits, use automated tools to collect coupons or prompts, or use the site in a way that breaks the law. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serhii Korol is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from a coupon that is expired, changed or refused, from a haircut decision, or from AI-generated images. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid for a HaircutsOff membership in the three months before the claim, or USD 10 if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

11. Copyright complaints

If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, email support@haircutsoff.com with the page address and an explanation. We review such reports promptly.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
