Refund Policy

Who bills you

Premium memberships are sold through Patreon. Patreon takes the payment, issues receipts and handles refunds. HaircutsOff never receives your card details and cannot issue a refund directly.

Refunds

Refund requests follow Patreon's rules, described in the Patreon Help Center and in Patreon's Terms of Use. In general, payments are not refunded once a billing period has started, but Patreon may approve a refund in some cases, such as an accidental or duplicate charge. Contact Patreon support to ask.

If something went wrong on our side, for example you paid but premium prompts stay locked after you connected Patreon, email support@haircutsoff.com with the email address of your Patreon account. We will fix access first. If we cannot, we will support your refund request to Patreon.

How to cancel

1. Sign in to Patreon and open Settings → Memberships.
2. Find HaircutsOff and choose to edit or cancel the membership.
3. Confirm. Patreon sends you an email when the cancellation is done.

After cancelling, premium prompts stay unlocked until the end of the period you already paid for. Free prompts and your saved hairstyles stay available as long as you have an account.

Disconnecting is not cancelling

The "Disconnect Patreon" button on our Membership page only unlinks your Patreon account from HaircutsOff. It does not stop payments. To stop being billed, cancel on Patreon as described above.
